Michelle Stoddard earned her bachelor's degree from BYU-Idaho in Health Science in 2015. She went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies, graduating from Heritage University in 2018. After graduation she worked as a Family Medicine provider formerly for West Valley and St. Alphonsus, and now as Ortho Trauma team at St. Luke's in Boise, Idaho.
Chris Stoddard earned his bachelor's degree from Oregon State University in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2011. Chris is a Principal Engineer with Micron Technologies.
During their free time, the Stoddard family love to be outside--usually riding their horses or working on their small farm in western Idaho. They have Peacocks, turkeys, ducks, chickens, pigs, goats, dogs, cats, and horses.
Dave Michael Brent has as diverse legal, business, and technical background spanning 40 years with executive management experience for both public and private companies in a wide range of industries.
Dave has overseen and directly managed rapid deployment projects and has been on assignments in locations ranging from deserts to mountains and brings planning, adaptability and improvisation skills to the ATOM Foundation.
Dave holds a J.D., Temple University School of Law; M.S., Computer Science, Villanova University; B.S. General Science, Regents College; and Certificate in Nonprofit Management, University of Texas -- Pan American. He also has had training in wilderness medicine, first aid, trauma care, and basic pharmacy operations, all of which are important to contribute to Atom Foundation missions.
Debra Ann D’Aquilante, M.D., has been practicing medicine for over 35 years primarily in the area of clinical public health. She is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
Deb had practiced previously at the Philadelphia Veterans Administration Medical Center,
Department of Health and Human Services, State of Delaware, Porter STD clinic; Travel Clinic
supervising physician and Instructor in Medicine, Department of Medicine, Medical College of
Pennsylvania; and study physician for the CDC-based Syphilis and HIV study. Deb brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and experience to the ATOM Foundation.
Gary Steven Garbarino R.P.H. has 40 years of experience as a pharmacist and has practiced pharmacy in multiple professional settings in both New York and Pennsylvania. Gary is currently employed at the WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital where he has practiced for the last 20 years.
Gary has always considered himself a citizen of the world and is driven by a passion to serve those in need. He has served on mission teams to provide humanitarian aid in some of the world’s most challenging environments including Haiti, Ghana, Kenya, Peru, and Ukraine. Gary’s experience establishing temporary clinics and rapid makeshift pharmacies under difficult conditions makes him an invaluable contributor to the team.
Gary is a graduate of the University of St Johns School of Pharmacy, Queens New York and is licensed to practice in both New York and Pennsylvania. He is a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
